| Abstract [eng] |
The aim of this work was to create an environment-friendly technology for producing a new hydraulic binder material, to examine its hydration process and determine its main properties. It was proved that a hydraulic binder material is obtained when the α-C2SH is ground with quartz sand and the mixture is subsequently treated thermally at 450 °C. Such binder material is suitable for the production of mortars (1:1 by mass with sand), compressive strength of which exceeds 20 MPa after 28 days of hydration. |
