Abstract [eng] Constant competition is driving companies to look for the best solutions in order to improve the processes of business by using the advantage of technologies. One of the high technology tools is a customer relationship management system. Customer relationship management system is a customer –oriented business management system which allows to control the business processes, to maintain the loyalty of customers, to increase the profitability of company and to reduce costs. Companies can often fail to reach the expected result if they understand customer relationship management system as only software implementation and application. Therefore, this issue is relevant and it needs to be analysed and researched.
