Current changing environments cannot cover organisations, so it is impossible to realise business, educational and other organisations without progressive changes in progress (Grybienė, Šimbelis: 2012). Often one has negative attitude to changes because people think that quick changes, which often have impact on the organizational structure, result in great resistance also in case of directional implementation. |
