Leadership is an important topic in today‘s world, because that namely leaders play a crucial role in ensuring the group‘s and the organization‘s performance reaching the effectiveness of work. Many researchers agree that every organization is trying to carry out their activities successfully and achieve their goals the best they can. An organization‘s leader, which is bringing together organization‘s employees into achieving common objectives, is the most important element of the successful functioning of the organization. The goal of the master thesis is to assess the influence of leader‘s role on the organizations and to prepare a model of the leadership‘s development in organizations. |
