The conceptual part of the paper includes the analysis rate of established change management in Lithuania and abroad, also used the results of previously mentioned researches in order to formulate operational objectives. The second part introduces the concept of changes by different researchers for change management methods and strategies in auto repair shops, as well as to discuss the scientific articles related to the auto repair shops environment, activities and to review the applicable theoretical change management system techniques for auto repair shops activities. The third part of the thesis, the methods to carry out a survey are discussed and justified, drafting a questionnaire and through it delves into the changes in the auto repair shops from the activities of the company's internal operations, which is from the employee’s point of view, examined their approach, understanding about changes, and their role in change management. There is also a plan being made to deal with changes in auto repair shop activities. |
