Abstract [eng] This master thesis analysis efficient customer service system importance and different ways to improve it. First of all, there are given main reasons that approve and confirm the need of customer service system development and improvement. The first part of the master thesis presents the main problems which face telecommunication companies in Lithuania. In order to solve these problems the main proposal for the companies is to focus on the comanys‘s clients and their service quality.
