Abstract [eng] One of the modern service companies successfully operating assumptions are service quality of customers, meets the expectations of consumers and the benefits and continual improvement. Organizations to improve service quality, satisfaction of customers, shortening the duration process, cost reduction is forced to quickly restructure their activities: refuse unprofitable areas, optimize performance and perform an effective reorganization.
