Each manufacturing company is faced with the question - how to effectively manage its production and servicing processes. Many of newly established production companies are organizing their processes by employing simple reports, planning schedules, Microsoft Office programs and utilization of knowledge of production specialists. Once production scale and project scope increases, a need to combine several manufacturing areas, to effectively manage information between different corporate department, to control effectiveness and equipment/plant utilization arises. |
