Abstract [eng] With the rapid development and use of new technologies, the market is filled with various products, new products appear in the merchandisers windows and assortment is constantly expands and updates. All traders do that, and it encourages the growing competition between direct competitors who sell the same or similar products. The intense competition is forcing companies to look for ways to survive in the market, what news would be good to offer for a user. It is a user who plays a key role in the successful life of supermarkets. On many occasions the user chooses certain trade networks, not only because of the proposed assortment, to consumer choice contribute aspects like price, professional service, a shopping center accessibility, created image of the sales network.
