Based on the analysis of the global experience it can be said that essential changes in the trend of public administration will be associated with the public service sector development to adapt to the new needs of society. A particular role should be given to public sector employees for further professionalization and processes for more effective management. When these processes are managed badly, that corresponds to organization's performance. Effective management and administration can ensure good performance, but effective management is important for of organization process management which has a positive impact on the organization's performance. |
