The relevance of the subject. Currently, Lithuania is felt particularly high level of lack of specialists, so organizations have to think not only how to find and attract talented and promising employees, but also what make the organization more attractive for job seekers. It is therefore important not only to ensure the attractiveness of the organization, but also to remain competitive, an organization must be able to attract and retain the very best people in the field, so in order to become an attractive organization, it is important to properly shape the organization. Therefore, it is important to identify the factors that determine the organization's image and has significant potential employees what needs to be changed to make it easier to attract potential employees and retain old ones. The object - the organization as the best employer image. The aim of the research is to make the model of organization as the best employer as well as to identify the model of factors influencing the image of organization as the best employer. The goals: 1. To justify the topic of the image of organization as the best employer. 2. To define the concept of organization and its image and to reveal the connections of organization as the best employer with the oneness/ the sign of goods of organization and the appeal of employer as organization. 3. To make the structural model of organization as the best employer. 4. To carry out the empirical research of essential factors defining the image of organization as the best employer, as well as to present the results of the research. The main results of the research. According to the carried out survey, the essential factors defining the image of organization as the best employer in the consciousness of employers and employees are: the notoriety of organization and the acknowledgement in the society, the appeal of organization/employer, the evaluation of employees and the financial success of the company, positive response of employees and acquaintances, suitable management of human resources, positive and friendly managers of the company. The latter have influence on the possibilities of self-development and career, the possibility to do an interesting job, on the salary, on the social guarantees and on the salary paid on time. Employees are most satisfied by: a friendly atmosphere, working conditions, social guarantees and the salary paid on time.
