The work analyzes specifics of cultural institutions, the functions performed , analyzes the concept of job satisfaction and factors influencing the culture employees’ job satisfaction. Based on scientific literature theoretical model of determinants of employees job satisfaction in cultural institutions was composed. In order to assess empirically employees job satisfaction determinants at cultural institutions an online survey was conducted. It was found that most employees were satisfied with the creativity, self-expression opportunities, career development and professional development. At least cultural workers are satisfied with salary and supplements, recognition and promotion, leadership and management, employee relationships. |
