Abstract [eng] The psychological contract concept states that there is a relationship between individuals' expectations relative to one another that changes and affect their behavior. The psychological contract involves two parties: the employee and the employer, having their own expectations, interests, obligations, goals. During the investigation of the psychological contract and its impact on the employee and employer behaviour it is important to understand how each party understands the psychological contract content, its realisation process and consequences. The paper examines what are organization's expectations in the context of the psychological contract and identifies expectations of different generations executives.
