Abstract [eng] |
Master thesis deals with internal development problems of organizations that operate in multi-project environment. The thesis also covers analysis of scientific research in the fields of management, organisation development, organisation culture and management. It has been observed that an organisation's internal development is influenced by a number of factors. It was also noted that some organisations operating in multi-project environment are not empowered to develop the culture of the organisation or do that effectively. Most managers fail to properly develop and nurture the company’s culture. Most companies, especially smaller ones, do not worry about the scarcity of human and financial resources and operate with the available resources. Some do so deliberately, but others suffer from the lack of information or motivation. Using theoretical methods, the author analysed small and medium-sized organisations that operate in multi-project environment to determine the specifics of internal development. The analysis focused on management, control, motivation, competence related questions; sample included leaders, subordinate managers and ordinary employees. As a result, the author offered organisations internal development solutions for adapting existing internal processes or suggested the new ones to improve the current processes. The author accepted the null hypothesis, confirming that multi-project organisations can be successfully developed as long as both lead manager, subordinate managers and ordinary employees follow integral processes and operate in a consistent way. |
