When the business is developed the success is always expected and purpose is to maximize profit, but business startups are facing many difficulties that prevent the effective development of activity, so improvement of startup's operational efficiency is of particular interest. The aim of the study is to increase the operational efficiency of startup by applying 7 S model. The study highlights problems of improvement of startup's operational efficiency, focuses on models of companies activity efficiency assessment and analysis of their characteristics. Assumptions of startups operational efficiency improvement by applying 7 S model are analyzed in the study. |
