Abstract [eng] |
Analytical mathematical methods alone are not sufficient for the solution of the complex applied tasks of the spatial analysis, for example, in the discipline of territorial planning. Therefore, in this dissertation, a spatial patterns description, identification and application methodology was developed, which allows us to perform the automated (using quantified and scientifically based indicators of a complex spatial system) identification of spatial patterns and the assessment of a complex spatial system, thus improving the quantitative analysis capabilities of complex spatial systems. The developed methodology specification, data model, and input spatial data preparation procedure provide an opportunity to define descriptive, categorizing, hierarchical, computational, and spatial attributes of the spatial pattern, identification methods, and complex spatial systems. Methodology testing experiments were performed during the research: the values of spatial patterns and metapatterns were described and identified, and then the results of the experiments were evaluated by an expert assessment and by calculating correlations, so it can be stated that the methodology is suitable for the implementation of the tasks set for it. |
