Sintered ceramic paving is a durable product, made from natural raw materials. They are used for outdoor decoration because they can withstand heavy loads, do not wear out when walked on barefoot, and are suitable for use in different climatic zones. This work designs a production line for sintered ceramic paving stones –2 million units per year. The studies have shown that Tauragė clay and the feldspar additive are suitable for the production of clinker pavers. Following the selection of these raw materials, the actual raw material flows have been calculated and a balance has been established. The production process consists of the preparation, shaping, drying and firing sections. The sintered ceramic pads will be produced and quality checked by qualified professionals. The construction of the production plant building has been selected, an environmental and economic assessment has been carried out, and the health and safety of workers has been assessed. The company will be built in Paberziai village, Taurage district. This is a strategically convenient location, as it is close to the Taurage clay quarry and motor roads, which provides good access to the surrounding towns and cities to export its products. |
