Abstract [eng] |
In this master's final degree project, the Cordyceps militaris mushroom processing plant is designed, where it is planned to extract biologically active substances. The study determined which ratio of biomass to solvents has the highest yield, and primary, secondary and tertiary extractions were compared with each other. Data on raw materials and products recycled during the process are also provided. Based on these data, a technological scheme of the process has been developed, which must ensure the processing of 65 tons of mushrooms per year. A factory and a plot have been designed, showing the layout of the building in the company's territory. The project also presents the results of the company's economic and financial calculations, assessed the health risks of employees and performed an environmental assessment. |
