Abstract [eng] Biotechnological processes, bioreactors, control systems, measured parameters and measurement methods are reviewed in this work. A fed-batch cultivation biotechnological process to produce recombinant e. Coli bacteria has been selected for the study. Process model is supplemented by a state model for the analysis of dissolved oxygen concentration. Mathematical models are used for the development of control system to control the dissolved oxygen concentration A control system has been developed to control dissolved oxygen concentration using an adaptive Model-Free Adaptive (MFA) neurocontroller-based control. A closed-loop feedback control system with a Model-Free Adaptive controller is implemented in Matlab software and simulates system operation. Studies of the MFA controller developed to regulate the dissolved oxygen concentration were performed under the following conditions: at a constant set value of the dissolved oxygen concentration set point value; by varying the value of the dissolved oxygen concentration set point; in the event of a disruptive effect on the system. The results and time characteristics of the Model-Free Adaptive control were compared with the PI constant parameter control implemented in Matlab / Simulink software.
