Abstract [eng] |
This final thesis examines the influence of the external elements of the car and their forms on the aerodynamic characteristics of the car. Before the study, a review of the scientific literature was carried out, which examines: distributions of air pressures about cars; an overview of the resistance forces and coefficients of the movement of the car, as well as the dependence of the lifting force of the car on the components. The study used a 3D model of the Tesla Cybertruck. The above model has been modified: all external surfaces are flat , the edges are sharp - without rounding rays. Using the computer dynamics of the streams, factory and modified models of the car were studied. The angles of inclination of the external elements of the car were changed. The entire study is carried out at different air flow rates and different environmental conditions. |
