Abstract [eng] The development of information technologies and the application of the latest technologies in the educational process make it possible to improve the quality of learning and increase its accessibility. The global pandemic has led to the search for ways to organize the learning process so that it is accessible to all learners. One solution is the virtual learning environment, the benefits of which are now being used in a blended and hybrid learning. The aim of the final project is to improve the application of Microsoft Office 365 in the educational process by using the Microsoft Office 365 blended learning methodology and the tool developed for its dissemination. The analytical part analyzes the peculiarities and models of blended and hybrid education. Possibilities of virtual environment application in organizing blended and hybrid education are presented. Based on the results of the study, it was found that teachers need help using Microsoft Office 365 tools. Methodology and scenarios for applying Microsoft Office 365 tools to blended learning are presented. A tool for teachers has been developed to improve the application of Microsoft Office 365 to learning. In the project part, the functional and non-functional requirements of the users are analyzed, the required subsystems are presented, the virtual learning management systems Moodle, Canvas and content management systems Microsoft SharePoint and WordPress and the tool Microsoft Teams are compared. After comparing the systems, the content management system Microsoft SharePoint and the communication and collaboration tool Microsoft Teams were chosen to implement the methodology. The implementation of the methodology is carried out in accordance with the requirements provided during the design process. In order to evaluate the suitability of the methodology and scenarios for the application of Microsoft Office 365 tools in blended education, a study was conducted. According to the observations of the study participants, environmental improvements have been made and environmental updates have been planned.
