Abstract [eng] Learning economics helps students to gain general knowledge of economics. Students are given the opportunity to learn about the market system, to study their needs as consumers or producers, and to assess the state economic changes and results. This is especially actual for gifted students who are curious, want challenges and more tasks. Studying in the same class (group) as among students with moderate or difficult learning difficulties, the gifted students are not fully involved in the educational process, learning activities suppress the joy of their desire to know and learn. Opportunities seeking new knowledge or skills are not guaranteed, and knowledge and personal experience are not assimilated. The objective of the final project is to improve the involvement of gifted students learning economics and the individualized learning of economics at a distance, with students choosing the available and desired methods, techniques and tools. In order to achieve the objective, the aspects of involving gifted students in distance learning was analysed, possible ways of individualizing the gifted students to achieve the best learning outcomes in distance learning of economics, the needs of students and teachers in individualizing the gifted students in distance learning were studied. A system of distant learning of the subject of economics for gifted students is developed. When implementing a system for learning economics of gifted students, it is important to consider the accessibility and technical capabilities within which this system is achieved. The H5P plugin installed in the CMS Wordpress provides the ability to prepare and deliver e-learning material for students. The effectiveness of the results of the involvement and individualization of gifted students was researched and recommendations for improvement were prepared. The system is installed and tested and used in the gymnasium.
