| Abstract [eng] |
The capabilities of automated model building for non-linear dynamical systems have been demonstrated through successful model identification for fluid flow, biological reaction dynamics and other problems. In order to get a more detailed insight into this methodology current work investigates the sparse identification algorithm which allows to automate identification of system‘s state evolution equations. The equations for some sample systems are identified by the use of the basic algorithm form. And the issues arising from the choice of measurement variables, the choice of candidate function set, data quality and optimisation parameters are reviewed. |
