Abstract [eng] |
Every year, employees and organizations face more and more diverse changes and challenges, which increase employee burnout, the number of redundancies, and stress in the workplace. The ability of organizations to adapt to changes and challenges depends not only on top management but also on employees. And how employees respond and can adapt to organizational changes and challenges depends on employee resilience. Human resource management practices are one of the key actions in increasing the employees' resilience. Sustainability is an important aspect of modern society and sustainable human resource management practices are increasingly used in organizations. And to date, there is a lack of comprehensive empirical research in the scientific literature on the impact of sustainable human resource management practices on employee resilience. Therefore, the following problematic question is formulated: What are the sustainable human resource practices that increase the employee resilience? |
