When not only business relationships but also the processes of communication, which are developed or emerging between different groups in society, countries or regions. They are dynamically transforming the role of organizational culture as one of the more perfect components of organizational management becomes more important. When long term strategic objectives of an organization are being formed, the consistency of a business direction is aimed to be maintained, the perspective of a vision is being discussed or a successful implementation of the conditions of a competition dictated by the market are aimed to be strengthened. The employees, who are bringing their understanding of values, attitude and beliefs, which have an impact on organizational culture formation, development and job satisfaction, are becoming very important. Coherence of the mentioned concepts is very significant for organization, therefore in this case it is important to ascertain what impact organizational culture as a multidimensional phenomenon has on job satisfaction. The object of the thesis is related with organizational culture and job satisfaction, the objective of the thesis is to analyze and to determine the interconnections between organizational culture as a multidimensional phenomenon and job satisfaction. The mentioned objective is based on the following tasks: to define the concepts of organizational culture and job satisfaction as multidimensional phenomenon; to evaluate the characteristics of organizational culture according to distinguished essential criteria that defines it; to ascertain the factors that determine job satisfaction of employees; to identify the interconnections between organizational culture and job satisfaction in qualitative research in an foreign capital company. In the first and the second chapters the analysis of scientific literature was performed. This analysis helped to determine the concepts of the research and their peculiarities. In the third chapter, on the basis of the theoretical concept and using a uniquely formed questionnaire, a qualitative research, a survey of the employees of a foreign capital company was performed. After the application of quantitative statistical and multi-dimensional factorial analysis methods was made. The peculiarities of the phenomenon of organizational culture and job satisfaction, according to the criteria that defines them, were determined, thus highlighting the interconnections between the two concepts. Summarizing the results of the research, it can be stated that the multidimensionality of the organizational culture and the manifestations of it in the foreign capital company that was examined forms the identity of the environment of the employees of the company. In this environment the decisions are made and the behavioral norms are developed. The latter have an impact on the attitude towards certain processes inside the organization. It is appropriate to assign fostered values, attitude towards work, traditions and behavioral norms, which helps to form relationships with the external environment, as the essential dimensions of this phenomenon. When forming a strong organizational culture, the organization pays a lot of attention to the formation of the operating procedures, which possibly helps to adapt and make unconventional decisions. Herewith emerged the tendency that the employees of the organization evaluates the expression and the perspective of the development of the culture of the organization favorably and willingly nurtures it. However, even though the conditions for self-realization are created by the organization, the employees sometimes feel that they are not heard or valued enough. After the analysis of the theoretical and practical aspects of job satisfaction, it was estimated that they often determine the attitude towards and the quality of the work of the employees of the organization. Reflecting physiological, psychological and complex environmental conditions of an organization by the help of external and internal factors such as subjective understanding of processes, motivation, emotional state, possibilities of self-realization, planning, financial reward, working conditions, schedule, experience and communication, this phenomenon helps the employee to subjectively evaluate the work and the environment of the work, which is often based on the experience and personal beliefs. The research revealed that job satisfaction is often determined by professional and personal prosperity which is understood and interpreted through the individual experience and perception of every employee. Herewith, it was determined that average and high job satisfaction is felt by 96 percent of the respondents and the major part of them were women. After performance of the analysis of the data of correlation the relation between organizational culture and job satisfaction was determined. |
