The master’s thesis is designed to explore the topic of the links between managerial emotional intelligence competence and employee work engagement. Leadership based on emotional intelligence plays an important role in engaging employees and improving organizational performance. Managers lack emotional intelligence competency management practices that promote employee performance and engagement. Thus, the aim of this study is to examine the links between managerial emotional intelligence competencies and employee work engagement at UAB „Formedics“. |
