Abstract [eng] The main goal of this work is to investigate the influence of the heat accumulation properties of the soil surrounding an underground building on its heating and cooling by determining the energy consumption of the building depending on the time of year. During the research, the heat loss to the ground depending on the time of year was determined in the submerged building, with one open facade. The power required to heat or cool a building in different seasons of the year has been calculated and compared. The paper examines four different cases of modeling an underground building, evaluating the results obtained in the winter, summer, autumn and spring seasons. Numerically modeled by studying the heat exchange process over time. By simulating the time of year, the corresponding months and their average parameters required for the simulation were selected. The energy efficiency class of the A ++ building has been chosen. The interaction between the ground and the underground building and the temperature distribution were analyzed in different sections. The heat flow from the building to the ground and through the open facade of the building to the atmosphere was estimated. The energy demand for all seasons is summed up and compared to the above-ground building under the same conditions.
